A registration fee of $59 per student is due upon enrolment. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Fees are charged on a termly basis before the start of each term. Fees are non-refundable. We consider the following exceptional circumstances:

Payment deadline: Fees must be settled by the start of each term.
Late or non-payment: If payment is not received by the start of term, we will consider the student withdrawn and release the seat to the waitlist. Re-enrolment is subject to class availability.

Holiday programmes and one-off workshops: No refunds for any session missed by a student under any circumstances. As these are non-repeating, one-off sessions, no make-up vouchers are issued.
Birthday parties and private bookings: A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch at least 1 month before the booked date, no fee will apply. Within 1 month of the booked date, the deposit covers the studio block-out and is non-refundable.
Once enrolled, your child remains enrolled on a continuous basis until written withdrawal notice is received.
Termination by Chalk N Pencils: We reserve the right to dismiss a student for frequent absences, disciplinary issues, overdue payment, or non-compliance with these T&Cs. No refunds in such cases.
Students with an existing injury must notify Chalk N Pencils at registration and attend classes at their own risk. Parents, legal guardians, and adult students waive the right to legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal class activity or any related activity before, during, or after class.
Chalk N Pencils does not carry medical insurance for its students. All students must be covered by their own family insurance policies. In the event of injury, the participant’s own policy is their sole source of reimbursement.
Students advance based on the age they will turn in the current calendar year (e.g., a child turning 6 in September is treated as 6 for the year). Where ability suggests a different placement, we will discuss this with parents directly.
Progress reports are sent at the end of every term.
The studio reserves the right to alter the advertised programme and/or teacher without prior notice. Information on this page and other printed or electronic materials is correct at the time of posting. Class changes require approval from the teacher or director.
The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is unavailable.
Private lessons are offered on enquiry. For private lessons, no make-up is offered for student cancellations unless 24 hours’ notice minimum is given with supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate). Make-ups are at the discretion of management and subject to teacher availability.
A 4% family discount applies when two or more family members attend classes. The discount begins at the start of a full billing cycle and applies while at least two family members remain enrolled.
Students are encouraged to wear clothes that can get messy during art class. Aprons are provided in the studio. Aprons are also available for purchase at $5.
Chalk N Pencils Art Studio holds information about our customers to enable us to carry out our business. This includes contact details and may also include course and student records. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where the law allows or requires, or where you have given permission.
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Chalk N Pencils Art Studio, its owners and operators, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) sustained by the participant or undersigned while in or upon the premises, or en route to or from said premises.
As the legal parent or guardian, I give permission to Chalk N Pencils Art Studio, its owners and operators, to seek medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. I confirm I have informed the studio in writing of any physical/mental conditions, restrictions, or concerns, or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Chalk N Pencils Art Studio reserves the right to use photography and videography of students’ work and participation for advertising and promotional purposes. I give permission for Chalk N Pencils to photograph and film me or my child during classes and activities. All ownership (including copyright) and other rights in the photography and videography belong exclusively to Chalk N Pencils Art Studio Pte Ltd.
Chalk N Pencils reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions.
By enrolling yourself or students at Chalk N Pencils, parents and guardians of students attending classes are taken to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
